Mitani Foods Co., Ltd. obtained the certification of conformity with the "JFS-B standard" established by the Food Management Association (JFSM) on April 3, 4rd year of Reiwa.
We will continue to strengthen our quality control system in order to deliver safe and secure products to our customers.
The JFS Standard (Japan Food Safety Standard) is a food safety management standard by the Food Safety Management Association (JFSM), and is an internationally consistent food safety management standard / certification scheme consisting of the following three elements.
① Food Safety Management System (FSM) ② Hazard Control (HACCP) ③ Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
